Life Transitions

Life is full of beginnings and endings. Some new beginnings can be exciting and still overwhelming. And just like beginnings, endings can be difficult to accept. In life, you may encounter times of transition that will influence your personal growth, sense of wellbeing and control. Adjusting to change can be difficult and cause a significant amount of stress. As you anticipate or experience change, you may struggle with emotional turmoil, let me support you as you make these transitions.

Together we will peel back all the layers to understand what exactly is changing, how this change feels and will impact your present and future and why this is being felt in this way. Oftentimes we don’t have an opportunity to reflect on all these transitions yet we definitely can feel them in our mind, body and spirit. We may discuss practical ways you can support yourself through current or upcoming change, making it easier to experience. We can discuss ways you can approach change in a way that is most comfortable for you and will allow you adequate adjustment time.

If you’re struggling with a major life change, we can address the stress and panic that can come with this, supporting you with changes of habit.

If you’re experiencing persistent stress, you can learn ways to reduce stress levels so that you can adapt to the change you are experiencing with more ease.
