I am the Clinical Director for Supervision with Canadian Perinatal Mental Health Trainings.

  • Rita is an amazing facilitator whose knowledge and experiences shine through during each session.

  • I think Rita is an experienced professional who does an excellent job of keeping us all on track and allowing us to share. She also often has her own feedback and insight to offer. She is compassionate and non judgmental, making it a safe space to share openly, without the worry of what others may think.

    C.S.

  • This experience has been wonderfully inclusive and informative given I am brand new to counselling in a private practice setting. I reached out to various opportunities for perinatal and postpartum supervision and Rita’s group was by far the best option given the group format and experienced background of the supervisor.
