Therapy for life transitions

In life, you may encounter times of transition that will influence your personal growth, sense of wellbeing and control. Some of these can look like a marriage or divorce, career change, retirement, introduction of a new family member, death of a loved one, or major medical event.

Adjusting to change can be difficult and cause a significant amount of stress. It is important that through change, you stay balanced, offer yourself grace, and take it one step at a time. I would love to support you as you in your season of change.
